Working as an accountant and taking random road trips with my social worker husband was much of my life before children. But each of our three children has changed for me the very meaning of life. Wanting to be home with them, I left accounting and began what became 30 plus years of mostly part time work in photography.
My focus was mainly portraiture: children and family, babies, bridal portraits, corporate headshots and also weddings and personal and corporate events. My heart has always been with photographing landscapes and anything else interesting along the way.
What follows here are some fruits of that labor. I am grateful to have worked and lived in a time when a photograph was a true visual representation of what was. Photographs often remain when all else is gone, to tell the stories.
And so now, with my husband of 42 years and a growing family including two grandchildren who have exponentially brightened our lives- we continue to look for and try to reflect - a positive view.
